Susan Anderson Berrill

Sue has been professionally involved with horses for over 30 years, and owned and operated Greylock Farm for over 20 years.  She has successfully ridden through advanced and continues to bring horses up through the levels in both eventing and dressage, with a busy barn filled with clients from Beginner Novice through Prelim, and up through 3rd level in Dressage.  Sue has made an impact on the Area 1 Young Rider program, coaching and mentoring many young riders, several of whom have gone on to become professionals in the sport. She also has numerous adult amateur students, both competitive and those who don’t compete, creating an environment that immerses everyone around her in her drive for improved education.

Sue and her husband, Bill, have made Greylock Farm home since 2003.

Sue has earned her USDF Bronze Medal, 3rd Level and is a comfortable and confident in the arena as she is on the cross country course.

In December 2022, The United States Eventing Association honored Sue Berrill with the Cornerstone Instructor’s Award at their Annual Meeting in Savannah, Georgia.

This award recognizes instructors for their dedication to the fundamentals of educating well-rounded eventers.
